• CareShelf is provided for personal, informational use.
• It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Subscriptions, where offered, are billed by Apple and can be cancelled anytime in your Apple Account settings.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; the app records and reflects it.

CareShelf provides reminders and logs, not monitoring. It is not a substitute for your care team or emergency services, and it is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
