Plain terms for using Hearth.

• Hearth is provided for personal, informational use.
• It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Subscriptions, where offered, are billed by Apple and can be cancelled anytime in your Apple Account settings.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; the app records and reflects it.

Hearth reminds you of the schedule you or your caregiver set and never gives dosing or medical advice — always check with your doctor or pharmacist. One-tap SOS is not a substitute for 911 or a medical-alert service.
