Plain terms for using Migraine Map.

• Migraine Map is provided for personal, informational use.
• It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Subscriptions, where offered, are billed by Apple and can be cancelled anytime in your Apple Account settings.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; the app records and reflects it.

Migraine Map is a private symptom journal. Patterns it surfaces are correlation, not diagnosis, and it never predicts or prevents attacks. It is not medical advice — discuss any pattern with your clinician.
