• PhysiqueIQ is provided for personal, informational use.
• It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Subscriptions, where offered, are billed by Apple and can be cancelled anytime in your Apple Account settings.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; the app records and reflects it.

PhysiqueIQ is a fitness and education tool. Body-fat readings are photo estimates shown as ranges, not medical body-composition measurements. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. For health concerns, talk to a qualified professional.
