PolyMeds is built to keep sensitive records under your control.

• Records live on your device and your private iCloud
• Drug lookups send only drug identifiers or search text, never a loved one’s name
• Free tracks one loved one and up to five active medications

What we never do

• No third-party advertising SDKs and no selling of your data.
• We do not train models on your personal records.
• In-app account and data deletion is available inside the app.

PolyMeds is a private record-keeping tool, not medical advice and not a regulated medical device. It does not prescribe, diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician. Medication decisions belong with the prescriber.
