Plain terms for using Sober.

• Sober is provided for personal, informational use.
• It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Subscriptions, where offered, are billed by Apple and can be cancelled anytime in your Apple Account settings.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; the app records and reflects it.

Sober is a behavior-change journal and educational support tool. It is not medical care, addiction treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or a medical device. If you are worried about withdrawal, dependence, or self-harm, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.
